In January 2015, the 3,420m2 space was the perfect platform for the Hyundai dealer conference. The Drum New Year Honours 2015 Experiential Agency of the Year, Jack Morton Worldwide, transformed Arena MK into a multi-room exhibition which stylishly divided a dedicated conference area and a showroom of their latest models. Hyundai are known for their “New Thinking New Possibilities” motto, and Arena MK was the perfect blank canvas to create the innovative and inspiring experience they sought to create. Arena MK offers total exclusivity to its clients. What’s more, the venue branding is also fully customisable. This enables companies to better educate delegates with their key messages.
The onsite 4-Star Deluxe DoubleTree by Hilton Milton Keynes, allowed the team to offer a truly complete event package ‘all under one roof’ and as the largest hotel in the area, was ideal for accommodating all of the organisers, dealers and delegates the night before. DoubleTree by Hilton is renowned for first-rate service and contemporary design, adding the all-important touch of comfort to business travel. Not forgetting the famous ‘Wake Up DoubleTree Breakfast Buffet’ – the perfect start to a big day of business.
In January 2016, Lodestar took full advantage of Arena MK to create another amazing dealer experience. Features to highlight include the excellent rigging height, allowing sponsorship of individual event areas from overhead, and the over 2,300m2 polished concrete main floor, which can even enhance cars when lit from above. Moreover, thanks to the 1,450 strong onsite car park surrounding Arena MK, parking was both complimentary and convenient for dealers arriving from all over the UK. The site also benefits from fantastic accessibility.
What’s more, delegates can now take products out for a spin in the dedicated space adjacent to Arena MK. Test drivers have access to all types of roads in just seconds, accessed via a purpose built route from the Arena MK.
